10 Day Return Policy   

Providing quality products to professionals who protect and serve the public is our core purpose. If you aren’t satisfied with a newly purchased item, simply return it to us within 10 Days so we can repair it, replace it, or refund your money.
  • A Returns Authorization number is required, contact us for this number before making any returns.
  • We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (except where an item is repaired and returned to you). Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is related to our error.
  • Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be returned unless the return is related to our error.
  • All clearance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
  • Products sold by Pillbox that  have manufacturer’s warranties. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufactures’ warranty, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
  • NO RETURNS ON Ballistic Plates.

Exchange Policy
If for any reason during the 10 days period you need to exchange an item, contact our Customer Service department for a RMA Number. A shipping charge will be made for the merchandise you wish to exchange (the fee is based upon location and the overall weight of the merchandise). All Returns must be received as shipped - original packaging, manuals etc. Please DO NOT place labels or any foreign matter on the original manufacture packaging.

There are no exchanges for Ballistic Plates all sales are FINAL.

PAYMENT TERMS
  • We accept PayPal, Google check out, Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards or Cash. (We will hold shipment 10 days for checks to clear.)
  • Any Returned Check for any reason will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
  • We accept Master Card & Visa on our website call if you have other cards.
  • All Charges will show as BM CONSULTING On your Credit Card Statements.
